Meeting Minutes

10/03/2006:

Author event (Larry Dane Bribner):
- THIS SUNDAY AT 1:15pm!!
- Room is Hedberg Library 172

Homecoming:
- Treat making and banner painting will be done on
Wednesday, October 11th
- Banner will be made in the printmaking studio in the JAC,
no room number yet, but it's the first studio on the left
when you walk in on the main floor of the JAC
- Rice Krispy footballs will be made in one of the Oaks
lounges, most likely. More definite location will be given
later.
- If you signed up to help, thank you! If you didn't sign
up, it's okay...just show up. We can always use the help.
- Also, if you signed up to help sell, make sure you know
when you did. Sara K. has the sign-up sheet.

Nat'l Coming Out Day:
- Also Oct. 11th, we'll be giving out armbands to students
the Monday and Tuesday before, as well as info sheets on
NCOD
- If you signed up to help hand them out, we will be in
contact with you. Sara K. has the sheet, once again.

T-Shirts:
- We're still trying to work out details with printing
companies and such, the Milwaukee place fell through. We
will most likely be going with Sherry's Tees in Kenosha
though. More details later.

Publicity Chair:
- Congratulations to Sarah Childers, our new publicity
chair!

Registering to vote:
- Sara K. can register people to vote in Wisconsin! She'll
be bringing her materials at the next meeting, so if you
need to register and want to get it done BEFORE you go to
the polls to vote, come to the meeting with your drivers
license and she can get it taken care of.
